About Adapero Gel
Adapalene+Benzoyl Peroxide is used in the treatment of acne. Adapalene + Benzoyl Peroxide is a combination of two medicines: Adapalene and Benzoyl Peroxide, which treats acne (pimples). Adapalene is a form of vitamin A and Benzoyl Peroxide is a keratolytic medicine.

Medicinal Benefits of Adapero Gel
Adapalene + Benzoyl Peroxide is a combination of two medicines: Adapalene and Benzoyl Peroxide, which treats acne (pimples). Adapalene is a form of vitamin A and Benzoyl Peroxide is a keratolytic medicine. Together, they prevent accumulation of the sebum (skin’s natural oil), unblock the pores and allow natural exfoliation of the outer layers of skin. Benzoyl Peroxide additionally penetrates into the skin and kills acne-causing bacteria.
Directions for Use
Gently clean the affected skin with a mild or soapless cleanser and pat dry. Apply a thin layer of this medication usually once daily or as directed by your doctor. Use your fingertips to apply a small amount of medication (about the size of a pea) to the affected areas of skin. Use this medication on the skin only.

Erythema (skin redness), Burning sensation, Scaling, Stinging sensation

Drug Warnings
Benzoyl peroxide can cause a rare but serious allergic reaction or severe skin irritation. Stop using adapalene and benzoyl peroxide and get emergency medical help if you have: hives, itching; difficult breathing, feeling light-headed; or swelling of your face, lips, tongue, or throat.
Drug Interactions
Drug-Drug Interaction:
Although certain medicines should not be used together at all, in other cases two different medicines may be used together even if an interaction might occur. In these cases, your doctor may want to change the dose, or other precautions may be necessary. Tell your healthcare professional if you are taking any other prescription or nonprescription (over-the-counter [OTC]) medicine.
Drug-Disease Interaction:
There are 2 disease interactions with adapalene / benzoyl peroxide topical which include: eczema. sunburn.
Safety Advice
ALCOHOL
Using alcohol or tobacco with certain medicines may also cause interactions to occur. Discuss with your healthcare professional the use of your medicine with food, alcohol, or tobacco.
BREAST FEEDING
There are no adequate studies in women for determining infant risk when using this medication during breastfeeding. Weigh the potential benefits against the potential risks before taking this medication while breastfeeding.
